Group & Table Bookings
Booking for a group? We can seat your team together and provide table signage. For 10+ guests, reserve a Table to ensure adjacent seating.
Looking for added visibility?
Booking Policies
Tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the ceremony, minus processing fees. After that date, refunds are not available unless the event is cancelled.
You may transfer your ticket to another attendee or update the name up to 48 hours before the event. Please email the changes to canberra@rescawards.org.au.
We accommodate most dietary needs. Provide details during booking or via email at least 7 days prior.
We collect RSVP details solely to manage seating, catering, and event communications. Data is handled by Rotary volunteers in line with our community standards.
